SERVICING
We offer both Domestic and Commercial servicing and recommend that any air conditioning unit is serviced every 6 months to ensure the manufacturer's warranty is kept valid.
Domestic Install
What does a domestic service include?
Clean the filers of all debris
Check all drains are clear.
Inspect the condensate pump
Strip and clean all unit facias
F-Gas leak testing checks if required

Commercial Install
What does a commercial service include?

6 month visit
Clean the filers of all the fan coil units and heat recovery units
Operational checks and monitoring of air on/off and thermistor temperatures throughout the systems
Visually inspect condensate lines and action if required
Visually check external coils and clean as required
Check malfunction logs of local and central controls to ensure no current fault/error codes are present within the systems.
